Plate of pickled shad

Products
700 grams shad
200 grams pickles
100 ml oil
20 ml lemon juice
2. eggs
300 grams apples
1 / 4 fresh parsley peak
Preparation
1. Cut the head, tail and fins of salted shad, making sure to remain whole
2. Remove bones and meat hackly
3. Mix it with eggs and apples, cut into small cubes
4. Then pass the mixture through the mincer so as to form a thick slurry
5. To this pulp add drop by drop of olive oil or vegetable oil
6. Season it with lemon juice and parsley in taste
7. Beware consistency is very thick
8. Place mixture in bowl and its oblong shape of fish given
9. Put the head, tail and fins to create the illusion that the whole fish
10. Put starter in refrigerator to cool properly before it delivered
11. Decorated with pickles or pickled vegetables.
