1600 grams sturgeon
500 grams mushrooms
6 ch.l. mustard
20 ml oil
1. parsley root
1. lemon
8. pepper beans
Fresh parsley 1 peak
20 ml lemon juice
2. grains allspice
1 / 8 Ch. celery
3. laurel leaves


Preparation

1. Clean and wash fish
2. Boil it in water podsolena with laurel leaves, parsley root, celery and black pepper
